Booking Conditions
1. To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.
2. The total sum will be payable a maximum of one month before your arrival. In the event that this amount is not paid, Riad Darsahalia allows itself to rent out the rooms concerned.
3. Your consumption of extras at the Riad will be payable in cash (euro or dirham) at the end of your stay.
4. Reservations at the Riad are only possible from a minimum of 2 nights.
Terms of cancelation
1. The cancellation of your reservation will be done by email.
2. Refund terms:
- We will refund 100% of the amount paid if the cancellation is made between 1 month and 2 months before your scheduled arrival.
- We will refund 75% of the amount paid up to 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival.
- We refund 50% of the amount paid between 1 and 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival.
- If the cancellation is made during the week before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be made.
Extra
- In the Olive Trees room and Argan Tree room, a cot for babies under 2 years old can be provided free of charge.
Privatization of the Riad
1. In the case of a reservation of the Riad in its entirety, the reservation and cancellation rules are the same as those stated above.
2. The number of people staying cannot however exceed 10 people + 2 babies under 2 years old.
3. In the case of a reservation of the entire riad for wedding, event or other, a contract between the two parties will be drawn up.
Check-in
The arrival time is fixed at 2 p.m.
Check-out
On the day of departure, our guests must have left their room before 12 noon. However, a late departure can be considered insofar as the room is not reserved for another guest.
What do you need to know for travel in Morocco?
1. A passport with a validity of 6 months after the planned return is compulsory for everyone.
2. The tourist stay is limited to 3 months.
3. It is important to check with the Moroccan consulate on the need to obtain a visa. Indeed some nationalities must have one.
4. Moroccan law prohibits us from receiving unmarried nationals of Muslim countries. A marriage contract may be required.
